Who is going to be watching the new season of the X factor?

I missed a couple of seasons when I was overseas so am not bored with it yet. Although not too sure about this new format for the audition stage, it seems particularly mean.

I will endeavour to miss every single second of this - I'd rather experiment with sharp items of office equipment applied to the webbing between my fingers.

My daughter will no doubt watch, though.

I like the first part. I have got a bit bored with the final rounds though, once they get to 12..the reason is I dont like the theming - i.e. everyone has to do a MJ song...or Abba, or whatever. Some people are just not suited to it.

It is about the only TV of this type that I will watch however. Well that and occasional episodes of the apprentice.

I will also be watching the earlier episodes, if I have time, but will only watch the later episodes if I like some of the acts.

I think I fell in love with that man who sang with a little help from my friends. I love you

I had read that Danni Minogue wasn't going to be on it this year, I'm so happy that she is.

I was not impressed by the new format at all. I liked it better when there wasn't an audience.
