RD1 - We take DD to university (Birmingham) tomorrow.

RD2 - DD seems to be utterly incapable of folding anything - her packing is a joke

RD3 - I was tempted to sneak in there and fold everything in the suitcase...

RD4 - ...but didn't.

We hardly ever see her anyway...we'll be running the dishwasher less often, that's for certain!

Thanks Caroline Smile, to be honest I felt much better as soon as the doctor told me that was the problem as I'd been panicking it was something worse. Plus now I know it's not in my stomach I can take pain killers.

RD1: I was in a faulty lift yesterday. Got in at the 18th floor and then it went into freefall before some kind of braking mechanism kicked in and stopped it at the ninth floor. It was the weirdest sensation, my insides literally hurt when we crashed to a stop as I think they were not moving at the same speed as the rest of me.

RD2: Devoting the day to finishing off my first OU assignment.

Sounds scary cat!

Rd 1: Spent five hours in a and e last night thinking jo had a strangulated hernia. Fortunately it was just a strain. Panic over.

Rd 2: Perhaps even more worrying, they were convinced jo was pregnant:-o! That would have been a complicated conversation! Fortunately it was a false alarm.

Rd 3: As a result of aforementioned hospital stint, I have had four hours kip in two days

RD2: Husband and I have been too busy planning holiday for my 40th birthday next year. Holding flights, not booked yet, still ... Yay!

We are thinking of Australia. We have planned something out on paper; flying to Melbourne, then driving to Adelaide to visit some friends who moved out there last year, then flying on to Perth to meet up with oldest school friend who celebrates her 40th same fortnight as me. Then home again.

RD1: "I" completed my assignments on time for the first time this year...

RD2: I got my results back and got distinction level (86%) for the year....happy days. 41% might be the exam target however.

RD3: I am "still" waiting for the other test results. The OU being much more efficient than the NHS.

RD4: I did exceptional at work today, if I say so myself. So I poured a wee sauvignon as a treat.

RD5: I got a free spa day at Eden Spa (heaven). Just perfect for after my free dinner for two at the Peacock which I won two weeks ago.

RD1: I have the dreaded lurgy and have taken today off work.

RD2: As a result of the dreaded lurgy, I did my back in during a frantic coughing/sneezing episode on Sunday night.

RD3: I can barely move which is partly the reason for RD1
